keypad question

I am kind of confused... I never have a problem when I dial a phone # but if I have to call a bank or put in an acct # or a pin it seems that phone systems do not read the buttons I pressed correctly. They show on top that I pressed the right #s but for some reason its always a mix up of the #s. My wifes phone is also oing the same thing. Is anyone else having this problem and/or fix?? Do you think the screen protector is causing this?

Interesting. I've never had this problem. You might try without the screen protector and see what happens.

I've never had the problem neither..... 😕
although sometimes it plays up when selecting menu...
