keypad when calling

how do u pull out the keypad when ur in a call etc it says press pound to ignore etc

it shows the option but its not clickable

When I have been on a call and needed to use the keypad all I have had to do is simply press the "keypad" button. I have never had it where it is unable to be clicked.

Me either. That's a very odd situation.

Ive been able to click mine as well. That is weird. Try turning on and off the phone or even restoring it.
