Keys broken off macbook

I threw a CD at my macbook, and it somehow made the 5 & 6 keys come off.

They both look pretty fine, but how do I get them back on?

I never seen under the buttons before but is there some sort of clip to the bottom to snap it back in place or is it broken off.

Note: Don't throw CDs at macbook🙂

so you spent over $1000 on something, and you throw things at it?? 😱 🙄

I don't know how the MacBook keyboard works, but I would try to (carefully) snap them back in place, assuming nothing on them is actually broken. I doubt they would break that easily, but it's good advice to not put yourself in the position of finding out. 😉

if it works the same way as the iBook keyboard then they just need to be put in place and then pushed until they snap back into place. Unless you've broken them. And you don't throw CDs and Apple products, save them for dells 😀.

Just to let you know that the CD wasn't intended for the macbook, I love it to much!
