Is there going to be waterproof for 7? I don't think so..but possible...if they wanted to.
So far (from rumors), other than camera upgrade....what's there to lose? oh yeah...3.5 jack.

Ha, nope. Camera upgrade is a given. The screen could be those super pixels true tone or whatever, which would be pretty cool but not exciting.

I was just thinking that of the phone is waterproof, THAT is enough for me to get excited about. The black color is also, strangely, enough to get me excited.

Buuuuuut, this Apple hasn't excited me in the last three years, so the waterproof may be too much to hope for.

I really do miss the 5c. That phone was great to hold.

I've so far managed to never damage an electronic device with water. Water proofing is nice, but its presence or absence isn't going to have much of an impact on my purchasing decision.

Me neither, but it would be pretty cool if it was water proof. They could market that really well, too (though Apple isn't as good as they used to be at that either).

Waterproof - yes, water resistance - useless feature.

Yep. 6s Plus here thinking Sept 2017 is what I'm excited for.

1. A really nice feature would be a harder scratch proof screen, so we don't have to buy a screen protector anymore.

2. Better sounding speakers

3. Siri responses could be a whole lot better

4. f/1.7 lens

5. Faster focus lens

Given the emoji-centric upgrades for iOS 10, I expect the iPhone 7 to have a physical button specifically for emojis.
