Kindle app runs poorly on M1 macs

I wish I could just use the ipad version but its not on the store and the mac update blocked installing it via iMazing.

Anyways the app runs pretty badly and I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to improve performance.

The Kindle app for Mac is terrible generally. You could try the Kindle Cloud Reader (although I doubt it'll be much better).

I wish I could sideload the ipad version to be honest. That would work amazingly well
