Kindle books

    I want to buy some comics and books at amazon in Kindle format and i have some questions:

    - How is view Kindle comics at Ipad? adapt well?
    - if i bougth a book how can i download to the Ipad? I only see the download option Kindle Cloud Reader
    - Are the books downloaded to the Ipad or i need a internet connection to read?

    There is a Kindle app for the iPad/iPhone
    And your Kindle book purchase sync to all of your devices

    You only need an internet connection in the Kindle app to download the book or sync your progress in the book. Once it's downloaded it's stored to the iPad. So you can read it on a plane just fine.

    But, how Amazon knows what is my ipad to make the sync?

    You sign into your Amazon account from your iPad

    When you download and run the Kindle app you login using your amazon username and password, and thus have access to all your purchased material from amazon.

    Thanks to all. I did not remember I had entered my Amazon username and password the first time; installed several months ago and not used again until today.
