kingston hyperx predator pci e card?

    I just installed it and here are the results. I only have the 240gb instead of the 480 so my read speeds are a little lower but I am amazed. Make my mid 2012 feel like my nmp.

    Yes, Im using it as my boot drive right now. Works awesome.

    Thanks! It's good to know that. I can easily get this one in a local computer store. So, more choice for the PCIe SSD now :D

    For a half price it would be kinda interesting.
    SM951 512GB is more than 100 quid cheaper and has more than twice as high write and about 50% higher read.
    Adaptor costs next to nothing on ali.

    I got the 240 gig model, it was only 205.00 dollars, included the pci-e card. For the price I am very happy!

    SM951 256GB is under $200 on Amazon + $6 for the adapter on ali.
    But if you're happy that's most important thing :)

    It's a SM951 just in purple clothes. See performance tab and you'll know how it's capable of 1.9GB/s read.

    At which pcie slot have you put him? What can you see at system profiler? 2.5 GT speed link or 5.0GT sppedlink?
