Kingston RAM doesn't show temperatures

An apple certified repair on my Mac Pro recently swapped out four 512Mb Apple RAM chips, due to overheating, with Kingston 512Mb chips. Now I am not seeing any direct temperatures on those Kingston chips on riser B. Instead, I only see the two 2Gb chips I have on riser A.

Anybody know of temperature monitor problems or otherwise with Kingston chips?

Had same problem with ram from Transintl. Its cheaper ram. They do not have thermal sensors. I see it as a huge problem, others do not.
