I pretty much carry a knife with me everyday, everywhere; at least once a day I need a tool to open or cut something. I don't have anything super expensive, but they get the job done.

My normal knife is a Smith & Wesson full-sized S.W.A.T., it's a "First Millennium Run," which means it was one of the first 5000 they made in the new millennium; doesn't make it worth more or anything like that, but is still kinda cool. Feels really sturdy in the hand, nice and heavy, opens solidly, just all around pretty great. I got it in Jan. 2000, and don't plan on replacing it any time soon.

I had had a little Kershaw 1620 in black, but since I moved I have no idea where it went. I want to get a replacement 1620 in the "rainbow" stainless, just becasue of how cool it looks, and because the 1620 was a great little knife.

And I just recently got a Gerber knife, no idea the name or anything. It's assisted open, half serrated, satin blade. It's much lighter than the S&W, but still feels pretty solid. I don't like the safety very much, I would much rather it have one like the Kershaw did. I'm starting to switch off with which I carry, but I just like the S&W.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who carries a tatical folder, let see what you've got :)

Here's my CRKT Mini My Tighe, I love it and want to upgrade to the full sized My Tighe. I also have the CRKT Hissatsu Folder, which is a really sweet knife.

I have an AKC Italian switchblade stiletto.

Of course, I can't carry it. In Mass, it's legal to own a switchblade, but not legal to carry.

In fact, in Mass it is illegal to carry ANY knife with a blade exceeding 1.5 inches in length.

In Mass, everything is illegal. :( ;)

Nice selection, I am liking the smaller (top) one. On a side note, every time I read your sig I want to lift up my cat by its tail and see what happens...

It's just so tempting..

The black knife is actually the smaller one. The SS one is much larger and I tend to carry the black one more often. Some of the cops I work with give me funny looks when I pull out the SS one. :D

Stupid is as stupid does! :p:D:)

I carry this Leatherman Skeletool with me at all times

Did you cut your thumb with it too?

I have a Kershaw Blur that I carry every day, and I love it. I need to get a pic and upload it. I also have a Leatherman that I carry every day for work. It's so old, there is no model name. It's just a LeatherMan Tool. :)

Benchmade Auto-Presidio is my knife of choice. At work it is augmented by a set of trauma shears and the occasional rescue hook type knife. They are much faster for cutting off clothes (and severing the occasional IV line or monitor cable......ooops...)

My everyday knife is a little bit "dressier" than I'd like for some occasions. I've been meaning to get a decent tactical for more weekend-ish times. I bought this one mostly because it looked nicer when I'm at work (and dressed a little bit more professionally).

I don't know how I missed this thread! Huge knife fan here(without enough money to buy them)

I love Spydercos. I carry a Grey Delica 4 every day. Also have a few ladybugs, persistence, Byrd wings slip-it. I'm debating between a Native 5 and Chaparral right now.

Non-Spydies are Gerber fast draw, Kershaw chive, Boker Subcom Titan, RAT/ESEE Izula. Shopping for a Machete/Kukri at the moment.

I just picked up some cold steel fixed blades. One push style and another narrow neck knife with a thin sweeping blade. They may be my new favorites.
