I'd like to be able to mount my iPad on the back side of my car headrest, so on long trips my daughter can watch Slingplayer, NetFlix, etc.

Any suggestions? Please include links if possible.

look what i came up with. I used an executive from M-Edge and scrunci headbands. Works like a charm.

I bought one here www.ipadket.com, it works really well for me. Very fast & easy to install and also very stable. After installation you just drop you iPad in the mount.
I tried the iPad notebook style case on the headrest, it great to use at home for the angles you get on the table or on your lap. but on the headrest, the viewing angles was somewhat limited. I would definitely recommend this one.
    chk it out www.ipadket.com:D

Will an iPad in the Apple case fit in this mount? Does the mount block any of the ports/controls?

    Thanks.

I am also finding car headrest case for iPad, but it must be:
    -Safety in car accident
-Can be used with original Apple case. I don't want to remove iPad from original case.
    -Can be delivered to EU.

Yours looks like the exact thing I need - are you pretty confident it will ship on 3/15? I need something for a trip at the end of March.

I'm glad you think so! Yes, all pre-orders will ship on or before March 15th. If anything should indicate otherwise (major freak catastrophe), I will update this thread before March 1st and cancel any pre-orders (we don't charge your card until it ships).

I really like the way the arm holds it between the seats - perfect for two kids in the back. Still on target for March 15th shipping?

    Still on Target

Yes, still on target for March 15th launch and pre-orders (including yours!) should even go out a few days before that. At least some customers should actually receive the unit by the 15th.

Also, we will be making a version for iPad 2 once the dimensions are released.

FWIW, the TouCoul mounts are showing pre order delivery of March 23rd now.

The GripDaddy one looks nice for the same reason, it can hold it between the two seats. But I can't find anyone who has actually bought one.

I am looking to get a mount for a trip this weekend with the iPad 2. Any suggestions?

As stated above. Zoogue case FTW. The new iPad 2 one is on pre order and it owns. Use promo code zgruiz2 for 20% off.

The Zoogue looks pretty sweet, but I need it faster than that.

Gripdadddy wrote me back really quickly and according to them it does work for the iPad 2. I placed an order, I'll write back after I test it out and let everyone know how it does.
