konami code has changed all settings

i have just entered the konami code into my mac on facebook and it has shown up with the camera flare etc. I then tried to remove it by refreshing the page and the flare disappeared, however now i am left with a voiceover that is describing everything i do, all the keyboard shortcuts have changed and alot of the settings are messed up. i reset the laptop but that didnt remove it. any ideas on how i restore all the settings back to normal?

cmd+fn+F5 turns off VoiceOver.
