I have to say, outside of my keyboard issues the repair/supply chain for Apple has been as good as I've seen. I did 8 years at UPS HQ & what Apple, their repair partners, & FedEx have going is awesome. With many of us having repeated issues this insanely fast turnaround can go unappreciated.

Both of my repairs will be in/out in 3 days. With FedEx you can have packages held for pickup so you don't have to pre-sign for a VERY expensive package on your doorstep. My most recent repair went down to the wire on Friday evening in Memphis and it's now waiting for me at a FedEx Store.

While I'm over having to deal with this issue.. at least the SC is compressing the pain.
