Kudos to Apple Store ...

    Don't know if this the right forum to post this but I'm sure someone one will tell me if its not. (Moderator .. feel free to move it if you like ...)

    I use my Itouch all the time and love it.

    On Thanksgiving Day my internal headphone jack broke so I could not longer listen to music. As it was still in the warranty period, the next day (Black Friday) I went to the local Apple store thinking they would have to send it back, and in spite of how busy they were, they replaced it on the spot and I walked out with a brand new one.

    I took it home, sync'd it and I was back in business.

    BTW, they also completely erased my old one while I was there so my privacy was protected.

    I walked out a satisfied customer.

    We can complain when something is wrong but I also like to compliment when things are done right.

    Congrats on your new touch, It sounds like you had a good experience. I also agree that you should compliment customer service. You are obvs a lucky guy, I've heard of people being laughed out of the store when something happens to there touch. Good luck with your touch and thanks for posting this thread!
