my mighty mouse stopped working just yesterday. i called the applecare service and after a few attempts to get it to work, they offered to replace the mouse since the closest apple store is 3 hours away. i awoke this afternoon (i work nights) and found a brand new MM setting on my doorstep. now that's service 2nd to none imo.
