Just wanted to post something positive(seems we lack that sometimes). My ASK got the disease and no longer worked. I set an appt at my local Apple store. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a new Smart Keyboard for my 12.9 IPP. No hassle. Very satisfied with Apple customer service today. Cheers!
