I’ve ordered the KUXIU X36 Pro MAX iPad magnetic charging stand as I feel it looks like the perfect combination of monitor arm, stand and ability to also charge. It’s their updated version for the new iPad Pro M4 13.

I was looking at the non charging one. I think 9-5 did a write up about it. I’m waiting for the Magflott.

Do Not Buy!! It has arrived and on the positive it well constructed, very solid metal. You could take out a T1000 with this. On the downside all the joints are extremely stiff, so stiff that you can not move them without using a lot of force. It is not as agile or fluid as the advert makes out. When you try and move the joints they put force on the mounting bracket and it looks like this could break. I do not believe there is a way to loosen the individual joints.

That’s a real shame as I was considering getting one of these. TBH I’d need to plug in my USB hub anyway so there would be power supplied through that but I liked the thought of this having power “just in case”.

I’ve sent a message to Kuxiu to see if they have advice, see if it will loosen over time or is this a manufacturing problem. I will keep you posted.

I got the iPad Air13" which fits on their previous adjustable version. It's is beautiful & sturdy. Def worth the wait.
