Would anyone out there be able to offer me a bit of a hand in selecting a peripheral for my mac? I am hoping to pick up a KVM switch for my MacBook Pro (17" 2.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo) and HP Desktop PC. I use my mac laptop at work and school and need to be able to use the same keyboard, mouse AND monitor with both my MacBook and my HP desktop PC.

I know that I need a KVM switch, I just am feeling overwhelmed with the options available to me (ioGear and Belkin seem to be my best options). I need to stay in the $200-300 range. My monitor is a VGA but I will be getting a new DVI monitor next semester.

Perform a search on the forums here....there's info on KVMs already posted...and you should be able to get a decent one to control 2 machines for way less than $200 - $300
