Hello all ..

So, I tried mounting my lacie hard drive on a windows machine to no avail, worse when I tried to plug it back into my mac (2.4 GHz Core i5 - version 10.7.3) it wouldn't mount and showed a bunch of drive partitions that were windows based. I deleted them thinking that would solve the issue but now the drive shows up in disk utility, won't mount though, and I get a the following error when I try to verify it:

Error: Partition map check failed because no slices were found.

I can partition it and have access but I need all the other files that were on it. I've tried disk warrior, data rescue 3, and StellarPhoenixMacDataRecovery - I can get a few files but most give me an error that the files are corrupted.

Is there anyway around this? I'm confident the files are there.. sighhhhhh.

Initially I was getting a error about epi or something? kicking myself for not writing it down.

Any tricks anyone can think of would be greatly appreciated.😕
