Hello. Out of the blue, my Macbook Pro has been lagging. All I did was use Google Chrome for just typical sites like Facebook and email. The day before was the same and play Minecraft. I looked around for some of the issues and in the console I see these messages:
8/21/11 9:27:25 PM com.apple.launchctl.Aqua[107] launchctl: Please convert the following to launchd: /etc/mach_init_per_user.d/com.adobe.SwitchBoard.monitor.plist

Can someone help me figure out what they mean and how to fix it? Thanks.

are you getting lag as in programs getting hung up or lag in mine craft? Just curious because I have a similar issue going on with programs, specifically mail, safari, and finder getting hung up a lot.

If I shut down with mail running, mail refuses to shut down or let my computer shut down so I have to force quit. Finder has been acting funky when I try to import pictures from a photo dvd and causes me to relaunch finder, and Safari will periodically give me the beach ball and require a force quit.

Sorry if this is hijacking:p

My whole computer lags. Even if I don't open anything, it will lag changing the wallpaper, or lag opening Applications from the dock. I decided to take it to the Genius Bar today, but hopefully I can fix it myself before I go.
