Lagging video

Anyone else experiencing lagging video?

iMac Pro - 11.0.1

Happens on multiple sites, in both FF and Safari. Also occurs in Photos and IINA (which plays, but at what looks like 10fps).

Video is completely unwatchable.

Yes, I am. Sounds plays, but video is choppy. I chatted with Apple this morning. No solution and I didn't have hours to explore problem.

For me, it happens in Safari. Videos in Twitter won't play. YouTube videos won't play. Netlix won't play.

Chrome is a little better. Netflix works, thought the "trailers" they play on the home don't work. (That's not some kind of Flash issue, is it?) In YouTube, the ads lag, but the video itself plays fine.

So if the ad won't play but the video does, is it somehow related to an ad blocker feature??
