We have landscape Face-ID. Can anyone with a Pro Max tell me whether there's landscape lock screen?

I'm buying a new iPhone this year and was going to go for a Pro but I just learned that I don't get landscape lock screen with anything but the Pro Max. Which sucks. I wanted to use it in my car in landscape mode. So may be going for the stupidly large pro max. But, if so, surely there must be a landscape lock screen too, right. Right?

WHAT?

I can’t believe they took that away.
So much for a pro max this year.

I think they removed it because the App icon layout + widgets would mess up the whole Home Screen when you rotate the phone. That is why there is so much wasted space on the iPad in portrait mode, to make sure everything else fits when you tilt it

that makes sense. I expect they're rethinking this. It seems crazy to me that the pro max springboard can't do landscape. What a shame. I was hoping to use it for CarPlay (as a heads up display) but looks like I'm going to have to actually invest in some sort of CarPlay unit.

I don't know in witch situation I'd need to unlock my phone in landscape mode if the lock screen itself don't revert in landscape mode. Completely useless IMO.

Does lockscreen landscape is possible on any iPhone from 12 and 13 ?
I wonder specially for mini
There's no landscape lock screen on any iPhone. What's showcased in the video above is just the notifications sheet when the phone is unlocked and you swipe down, that is available in landscape.
