    hello all,
I am going to work. im looking forward to purchase a netbook now, but im totally confused. Hoping some help from you people .

    Basic requirements:
-10.2 inch or 10.1 inch screen (HD prefered)
    -at least 160 GB
-most importantly : Good build, and should not broke early.
    -budget - under $320

I have heard that hp's are not of good quality, their warranty states that they will either be made of new or used parts that will be equivalent to new, , not very sure about dell too.

I have done some search and currently i'm looking at degee I8B11D4 10.2 inch, samsung N210 10.1" Netbook but i'm open to suggestions .

    thanks in advance......

Never had any real problems with HP, myself - 99% of the time, they're my PC brand of choice. Never heard of that new/used parts thing - maybe for repairs, but not for a brand new machine...

Anyway, here's my advice. Skip the netbook; spend a tiny bit more and get something with an AMD Fusion chip, or a low-voltage Core 2. Whatever you do, I strongly advise that you AVOID the Atom if at all possible.

My advice right now? Dell has deep discounts on the Vostro V13. Sure, its an older model, but you can get it BRAND NEW with a low-volt Core 2 and 320GB HD for $349. Its basically a netbook in price, but near full-fledged in performance and size (13").
