Oh well, we'll eventually see something like this though. It's pretty amazing to think about what's going to be in the future.

One has to admit though, that this is a pretty sophisticated effort if it is a hoax. I say "IF", you notice. I haven't seen anything so outrageous to eliminate the possability it's true. But what do I know. And call me a traitor, but the laptop itself is pretty cool.
I'd wonder what the next Intel-based Powerbooks will look like... will they find a whole new design? Bet they do.

The thing with these guys is that they've been around for about 4 years touting the same products (pretty much, just keep increasing the GB respectively) and there is no use of their products in the market place (but because the longevity, scam is harder to except). Like Jopling said, we're going to see something like this in the future, it's just when, but with these guys it seems as if they have a theoretical product, that probably makes sense and which they and their backers can support, but there is absolutely no transition from the theoretical to the physical, and it'll probably be a different company that brings it to the physical. Anyways it'll be cool when it happens, even cooler if it sooner than later.

I'm still waiting for the flying Delorean and Mr. Fusion they promised to hit the market. :(

Didn't they have an issue of Popular Science which they had all the expectations of the early 1900's and what we would have today. Supposedly we should have had a flying car in the 1980's. The Israeli's have started production of one and I think they might already have a prototype.

Absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for asking mad jew. :)

I'll post more about it in the initial thread I started... I'll be there in a little while... ;)

Awesome. Looking forward to it. :)

Just posted a quick one there now, as not to hijack this thread much further. ;) As I said, pictures will follow - casual ones first, then eventually some of the "official" ones.

Now, back to 12 THz laptops with 32 Exabytes of RAM... I already have mine, do you?

You already have one?! I must be falling behind in the whole owning modern technology department. ;)

Yeah, it's sitting right next to my 60" 3D holographic HDTV with 12.3 Digital Surround Sound. Let's just say I got some kick-ass wedding gifts. ;)
