Laptop won't read cd's

My macbook pro, while running windows XP via boot camp, refuses to acknowledge that there is a cd in the drive. It won't eject either. I have no problems with this on the mac side.

Make sure you have all your drivers.

Check drivers...if problem still persists let us know what version of windows.

Did you have Service Pack 2 and then upgraded to Service Pack 3? Did you install this before installing the service pack?
