Other Larger Dynamic Island on iPhone 15 Pro Max? (rumours from China)

Hi guys, I know it's a bit early days but I think it's time to start officially speculating about iPhone 15 Pro Max as iPhone 14 Pro Max is officially so yesterday.

This morning my cousin heard from her Chinese friend that the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max (most likely announced on 13th of September 2023) will boast much larger Dynamic Island than iPhone 14 Pro Max. Indeed, so they whisper in China, that nearly half of the display works as Dynamic Island which is why they (allegedly) unofficially call it as Dynamic Iceland.

I personally really don't care about all day battery life as I have plenty of chargers nor do I care about memory as I don't store anything on my iPhone but what I do care about is Dynamic Island. It looks amazing! However, the size of the island on 14 Pro Max was a bit disappointing.

What do you guys think, should I go with my beautiful rose golden iPhone 6S Plus for another year or two and see if these rumours from China are correct?

Rumors for 15 are... USB C, Periscope zoom 6x. 3nm chip. Touch ID under the screen.
Of course all rumors, but if any of those things are super important to you then I'd wait, otherwise just on right now.

It’s time to speculate? We haven’t even received our iPhone 14 pro’s yet. Let’s wait a couple of weeks/months.

There's no way the cutout will be bigger. the island is just a software way of making the obtrusive cutout useful.
Any future goals will be to minimize or eliminate it.
