Largest iTunes library problem

Hi,

My iTunes has 80GB and most of them are apps and some movies. How can I reduce the size of the library?

I'm using iCloud in my iPad/iPod Touch. Can I remove all apps stored in my iTunes?

Will I lose the purchases?

Buy an external. If you get a wireless router with a USB port that can share on the internal subnet then you Move your iTunes Library.
