laserjet 2100 on Mountain lion best

Hi all.

Trying to get my mom's old HP LaserJet 2100 hooked up to the new imac.

What do you think is best?

USB to Parallel interface?

or the

Usb card : J4135A card ?
or Network card

JetDirect card for Ethernet ?

What seems like the morst reliable solution ?
..apart from replacing the printer.

USB to parallel if it's the only computer connected. If more than device needs to use it then go with a jet direct card if you can get one.

wow not painful.

Thanks everyone I decided to go with the 615 card found it for $15
locally. Installed in seconds, the mac found it,
and selected it. Done !
