late 2006 MacBook wont charge?

Hi there,
My late 2006 macbook running Snow Leopard will run from battery power nor will the battery charge. It had a replacement batter around 2 months ago so i dont think this could be the problem.

I have reset the PRAM and the SMC and this did nothing.

Do any of you know how i can resolve this problem?

Sounds like your magsafe dc-in board is shot.

Pretty straight forward fix if you're comfortable opening up your MacBook.

Here's a guide - you could buy parts from ifixit or various other places online.

If this doesn't fit your problem then it might be your logic board.
