Late 2009 27" iMac bootcamp drivers

Ive finally got bootcamped after having to do the black screen fix (get old drivers on mbrfat formatted drive during windows 7 instal). But I currently have a shadow bug in guild wars 2. If I can, how do I update the Ati drivers on the windows partition? And if I do change them does that change the Mac OS side drivers? Any help would be appreciated
