I recently bought a new MacBook Pro around 4 weeks ago and I just noticed it does not charge to 100%. It stays at 99% and then it says charged on the battery meter and the green light on the MagSafe power adapter turn on.

Does anyone know if this is normal or how to fix it?

It's normal that it stops charging between 93-99%. Read the CHARGING section of the link below. This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

This is normal, if you want to charge it to 100%. Unplug it, run on battery until it has 95% and then charge it again, it should go to 100%.
