I’m not finding any information but can the late 2013 21.5” iMac be upgraded to the i7 processor? Or it soldered in? I upgraded the ram already.

Sorry, little late to the party but...the EMC 2742 can be upgraded, I believe; i5-4570S to i7-4770S. If you have the base model with the “R” CPU, then no, you’re stuck.
