Late 2013 MacBook Pro + Dell U3417W

I have a MacBookPro11,3 / A1398. GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M w/ 2GB GDDR5.

Apple says :
External Resolution Up to 3840 by 2160 pixels at 30Hz or 4096 by 2160 pixels at 24Hz (HDMI) Up to 3840 by 2160 pixels at 30Hz (Thunderbolt)

Looking at U3417W from Dell with resolution of 3440 x 1440. Inputs are HDMI, DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort


It seems like I can push this monitor via HDMI or DisplayPort. My question is will I only be able to push at 60hz or 30? This page isn't helping much.

I don't want to have to use 2 Mini Display port cables is my primary inquiry.
