Late 2013 Macbook questions

I am looking at a late 2013 Macbook Retina for $450 Canadian. It has the 2.4ghz, 8 gb of ram, 256 gb ssd. Is that a good price?

Anything to look our for?

yes, it's a good price, check the battery health before purchase and also screen need some attention (check if the coating isn't peeling off and if there no sings of any humidity)
