Late 2014 mini not reading flash drive

flash drive is working . tried on my other mac
just not working in mac mini
 
Is the flash drive in Mac format (HFS+) ?
Or is it in some other format (FAT32, etc.)?

Sometimes, a particular flash drive just won't "mount up" with a particular computer. It just happens...
