Strange problem and the same problem on two the same MBP 2011 late 2011 ?
when I do the hardware test with a disk from 320 gb then no problem with the long hardware test, but with a disk from 500 GB the hardware doesn't go till the end (hanging on the test at the end)
on the two disks the same operating system high sierra latest version ?

what can be the problem , or there is no problem

I want to sell the two MBP without any errors or issues ?

Try the Apple Service Diagnostic.. You will need 3S144 which is much more comprehensive than the AHT. Email me and I may be able to assist.
