So it is intentional and it will not be solved anytime soon (or at least not before March when Apple will enforce app updates to be iOS 12.1 compliant).
Bring up the keyboard when you’re sending messages or typing a caption and you’ll see why this unoptimized state is horrible
I should have read this article before I decided to update it. Because for a moment I thought I was going crazy thinking how blurry and zoomed in it looked. I am so pissed off I had to delete the app. Between that update and the blurry Snapchat camera, I regret buying the XR! Should’ve chose the 8 plus!

Ehat can we do solve this problem? Lets contact with Instagram help desk? I mean we can send emails. Everyone can send email seperatelly. I dont know it works or not.

odd I have the XS MAX and its on version 75, I see the 4 bubbles and 3/4 of the 5th at the top under the instagram bar. then I see the person, their picture, the like, comment share are all there and I can even see who has liked it (how many likes it has) and a few sentences from the person who posted it. and then the whole bottom bar is visible as well of course. mines not all cut off like the one shown here
Some of the replies in this thread further extends the point that social media has become a number one priority in people's lives. I welcome this mistake. Witnessing people get mad is somewhat delightful but should be a lesson for them to rely less on social media and to actually interact with people around them.
It isn't the end of the world. Your instaface whatevers will still be available when it gets fixed. You aren't going to fall off the face of the planet if a few of your real life friends who you're chummy with on the app and the myriad of internet fans don't see a new picture of your meal or a picture of your kitty, Mr. Scruffles.
