Latest iOS 18.1 Beta Adds Sleep Apnea Alerts and Breathing Disturbance Readings

Just updated to the latest beta and while Sleep Apnea displays at the bottom of the Health Checklist page, it says it's unavailable in my region (I'm in the USA). Tried resetting and unpairing/re-pairing my watch, and resetting my phone, but no dice. Not sure what the issue is.

Noting here I just got the latest Apple Watch 11.1 beta today and I was now able to set up sleep apnea notifications. Yay
