Latest iOS 9 PB doesn't seem to want to sync

I am running the latest PB iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, and the latest retail release of El Capitan. Ever since I installed the latest PB of iOS 9, I can't get iTunes to sync with the phone.

Anyone else run into this problem? If so, was there any workaround found?
