Latest iOS version that was successfully Jailbroken

I have an "old" iPhone6plus that was just upgraded (involuntarily) to the latest 12.0 version. I miss Cydia and tweaks that used to be on this 8.4 version.

So what is the latest iOS that I could downgrade to in-order to Jailbreak it again?

The latest jailbreak is on iOS 11.3.1 and 11.4 beta 4. You can't downgrade to neither of them

You can't downgrade to iOS 11.3.1 nor 11.4 beta 4. But you can downgrade to iOS 11.4.1 which there is no jailbreak

That article itself says you can only downgrade to 11.4.1 and only while apple is still signing it. (which won't be for much longer)
