Launch Day Surprise??

Does anyone have any insight as to why there would be a special surprise for in-store pickup on the April 3rd launch and no surprise for those of us that pre-ordered or reserved the 3G model?

People who go to launches (as in line-up, etc) sometimes get little nick nacks. For example, I think at one of the OS launches they gave out T-shirts. It's just little stuff like that.

Well, I'm waiting for the 3G version. Most likely when those become available won't be nearly as big of an event as the initial iPad availability day.
