Launch Safari from WebView link

Hi All

In web view if there is any hyper link I want to open it in safari(or any other default browser) If we right click on the the link then every option(open link, download etc.) don't work... I want to downloads the file(image or any other) at link

If I use target="_blank" then it not works(it also not work in webview)

Please help, how we done it ..
