Does anyone know how to launch the Settings App from an alert button?

AOL does it in the AIM app in the App Store. If you launch it in Airplane Mode, you get the alert box show below, but I can't find anythign in the SDK docs about how to do this:

The AOL app doesn't actually launch the Settings app directly from their code; rather, they enable the UIRequiresPersistentWiFi setting in Info.plist. If the app is then started with no WiFi, the device shows this alert.
