Don't think custom URL will work. If I put it in for Calendar it will take me to generic site and not have me within the new Google Calendar app. As I show no URL on my phone within the app. Is there a way to show it.

Custom URL means app specific URL protocol, e.g. fantastical2:// for Fantastical 2, or drafts4:// for Drafts 4. Not every app has registered one, or has one known in the public that works. Even if it works, i.e. can launch the app, it might not support other functionalities you might want but only launching the app. If you put a website URL (starting with http:// or https://) there, it will of course take you to Safari with the address you specified.

Heard alot about this app so I thought I give it a try after reading this thread. after installing my phone froze twice temporarily and if I went to notification centre I couldn't go to today view. As soon as I uninstalled the app everything was back to normal. Not a very good first impression.

Anyone got the same issues?

Never seen this issue with the first version or this new update. Worked flawlessly for me.

Tried the free version thinking "meh, it can't be that helpful," but it's really a nice utility.

You can set it to run specific workflows from the Workflow app! Not just launch the app! That's what sealed the deal for me.

May be dumb question, and I and retired, but what example would you have for workflow. I just assume that is "work" stuff.

Never did work related stuff since I retired 22 years ago and no Smartphones etc--:):)

Yeah it worked on my iPad straight away so I tried reinstalling on my iPhone and its all good now.
The app is pretty awesome but I have to the say the UI is pretty crap, too many menus and subsettings. Took me a while to figure out how to add stuff because it's not obvious what to do and how to add stuff once in the correct menu (skipped the welcome set up). I call myself an advanced user yet I struggled with that for some reason, maybe thats just me . Once set up tho it is a quita niiiiceeee :D
