iPad Launcher with sync for macOS and iOS

I’m finding good launcher with support for URL schemes for both macOS and iOS with sync between these platforms. Any idea? Thanks.

iCloud syncs Safari bookmarks between Mac and iOS. Turn it on in iCloud settings.

Oh. I’m not familiar with those. Wouldn’t Safari sync those as well if you made them into bookmarks?

It's called URL scheme and it's useful when interacting between apps, for example I can make a link on a file in 3rd party document manager app (like DEVONthink) and that link paste on my To-Do app. When alarm in To-Do app activate, and then I click on link, it will ask me if I wish to launch DEVONthink and then it redirect me to that file.

I know of no launcher type app that would sync between macOS and iOS. Maybe there isn't one since so many URLs aren't compatible with both. I have a launcher app on my phone but there's no way to sync it to macOS.
