As of yesterday every time I launch certain apps SMB/CIFS File System Authentication window pops up. For some reason its trying to connect to my windows machine on my network. It does not happen with all of the applications. These are the ones so far that cause it to happen: Toast, popcorn, all adobe products. It happens as soon as the program is launched.
Any help would be great.

Thanks

Maybe last time you used those programs, you were editing a file on SMB drive. Try clearing out the recent files list in the app (not sure how, it will be different for each app).
