launchpad issue

there are 2 same icons for one app in launchpad, please refer to attached picture, anyone knows how to delete the unnecessary one?

Wow I just fixed this problem on my MaBook Pro like 10 minutes ago.


Here's what I did (run these commands in Terminal)

defaults write com.apple.dock ResetLaunchPad -bool true

killall Dock
