iOS Layout for iPad app

I'm new to iOS development and am trying to learn how to use Xcode, i will try to do an app for iPad (only in landscape mode) were i can setup a voyage details such as time of departure, mls to run and speed in left side of the screen and once i press button "ADD LEG" on right side appear a resume of this details and the time of arrival. the next leg will take the previous time of arrival as departure time.

My question is which layout/story board is better to use?
