LCD Cleaning Question

I have a smudge on my Matte MBP LCD,.. not bad but it is distracting. I have tried iKlear and a microfiber cloth... it does not seem to help. Any ideas on how to get rid of my smudge?

if cleaner is not getting it, it may not just be a smudge. sounds like a scratch or something.
