What? You've got it all wrong. He made the image (in five minutes) just to show how easily something like it could be fake, and the first time he posted it, he wrote directly above it something along the lines of "here's a picture I just made in Photoshop." Here's a pic of the back of it. It's apparently the 30gb model but whats quite noticeable is the length. Its quite shorter than the original iPod.
Also, the external HD behind it is an IceCUBE II

Camon please don't tease us like this!! lol....Just like take pics at all angles...show us the GUI...the ports...the sides...more pics of the front...everything!. By just posting obscure shots like this, nobody, including me, is going to believe you.
that is a regular iPod upside down!!!
If you want to make anyone believe, post a pic of it from the front in good lighting with you using it, so we see how the touch wheel shows up.

I talked to the guy in iChat.
He said he is scared of Apple legal. He says that is why photos of new items are always blurry, so they don't positively confirm a new item, so no lawsuit.
