What do you think??

Personally, I really dig the more industrial look of the prototype and hope that's the final production design...still Apple-like with some curves and overall simplicity, but also a bit more rugged with hard lines and a few seems. Somewhat more adult :)

Seems like most Apple devices right now are just a bit too pretty. Until I got cases on my IPod, IPhone, and IPad, I found myself handling them with kit gloves, terrified to mess up their labored over asthetic. Well designed sure, but maybe a bit too delicate looking to be exposed to the dangerous world out there.

I think there will be small changes.

They'll be the kind of changes that you'd notice when holding it, but not obvious things.

When you see a photo of the new phone everyone will say "it's the same!" but by the time they're in stores people will start posting in threads about the tiny little details that have changed between the prototype and the final version they have in their hands.

I love the design. The only think I'd like would be a larger screen. Though I understand why the black "bars" are required.

Near-final and it looks like sex in phone form. And for the umpteenth time the screen staying that size is supposed to be an advantage, not an oversight, for obvious resolution reasons.

While I prefer the current leaked design, I am sure the edges will get rounded and the volume rocker will be back to one button.

personally i think the leaked iphone looks worse than the previous generations. unless they make enough changes like the guy who photoshopped his version of the revision in all colors in another thread. if it stays the way it is im not very happy with it. i mean come on people. the first day it leaked before everyone knew it was real more than half of us said we hated it. now all the sudden that its real everyones like OMG its actual so sexy now that i know apple made it.

looks kinda bad imo. and the smaller screen, huge turn off. i think the current screens are just a tad too small. a 4" screen would be perfect. i think im going to get the evo with sprint, plus sprint is way cheaper.

actually i'm wiling to bet it stays two buttons
there have been requests for a physical camera button and if they keep the volume buttons separate this will fulfill those requests

at least thats my hope

What are kit gloves? Anyway, people who continually worry about scratching their phones are doing it wrong.

I don't see apple downsizing the screen of the iPhone. The prototype is the iPhone Nano, with smaller screen. The new iPhone will have a larger, higher resolution screen than the current model. Somewhere in the 3.5 - 4" range.

My 2 cents.
